Finally I have been successful in up loading these pics, so now I can blog.
Back in Sept I took part in the Farmingdale Mile. This race starts out of the town a little way with a nice downhill start, a little up and back down till 800mtrs and then it is flat and into the main streets of Farmingdale, NY
Last year I ran this race and set the record at 4.44, I was out to break that this year.
They race this event by gender, we started out with a few girls pushing the pace to a 66 first 400 and I was off the pace a little, we got to the 800 at 2.16 and I had it in control now I just needed my strength to get me to the finish line.
I won in official time of 4.39, course record.
