Memorial Day

Mike and I finally had a day off together and the weather has been nice so we decided to explore more of Long Island. We found this park which is part of the Greenbelt trail:

Blydenburgh County Park

We walked around the edge of the lake which was about a 5mile hike of rolling hills. It was pretty quite around the place, a few other people walking, some horses out walking as well. The lake had people rowing on it and some fishing. We stopped of for our lunch on the shore of the lake and watched the rowers and people on the other side of the lake. Here are some pics from the trip.
